Review: Weleda Sea Buckthorn Range

Apologies for being MIA lately, I have been so busy with work, life in general and now I'm back in full force! When it comes to body care products, I have never paid much attention to ingredients and I used to buy whatever is available at the supermarket. However, my skin has changed drastically over the past couple of years as I suffered with dryness, itchiness and sensitivity appearing in the picture - especially around my hands, legs and arms. Thus, I have decided to explore natural body care brands that will help tackle these issues and maintain the overall well-being of my skin. I have recently been contacted by Al Manara Pharmacy who were kind enough to send me products by Weleda, the Sea Buckthorn range in specific and I was so excited to test it out.

Review: Pureology Hydrate Shampoo and Conditioner

Growing up, mum has always been the one encouraging me to take care of my hair - as I had extremely long hair that needed to maintained regularly.  I never thought much about this piece of advise until a couple of years back, when my hair started falling due to hormonal changes and other factors - and that's when i started investing in good hair products. One of my most amusing videos on Youtube is Caroline Hiron's product empties, her reviews are extremely reliable and she has a great sense of humour! She raves about Pureology products in almost all of her videos and of course i had to have my hands on them to see what's all the hype about.

Review: Kat Von D Everlasting Lipliners

Kat Von D has always been one of my favourite brands for lipsticks - especially the Studded Kiss range and liquid lipsticks as they have a special place in my heart. In the past few years, I have become a lipliner kind of girl (thanks to my uneven lips *sobs internally*) as they help give my lips more definition and extend the wear of my lipsticks. So, when the Kat Von D PR team sent me 28 of the Everlasting lipliners - I was over the moon and couldn't help but play with all the vibrant colours in this collection.

Review: Rimmel Live the London Look

Rimmel has always been one of my favourite drugstore brands, offering a wide range of high quality makeup for affordable prices. I was recently sent the "Live the London Look" kit, which included some of the best-selling products by the brand and was populated along UAE/GCC as the perfect Eid look. The kit is supposed to contain 4 products for a full-face of makeup, mine contained only 3 and the remaining product was sent to me a few months back to review as well (MAGNIF'eyes eye shadow palette), so I was still able to create the full look.

Review: Filorga NCTF range

Let's all agree that we're not getting younger and the need for reliable, effective skincare products is immense. If you've been following my blog for a while, you would know i'm a big fan of the Filorga Skin-Absolute day cream and i call it my holy grail moisturiser. That being said, I have always been intrigued to try other products by this brand to find out if they're just as good. I was lucky enough to try the new NCTF Reverse, which is an intense anti-ageing range and today's post will be all about my experience with this line for the past few months.

Review: Phyto Hair Products

I've never been the person who spends money on expensive hair products as drugstore one worked just fine for me. After dieting for a couple of years, being under stress at work and not using professional products - I have started noticing the deterioration in the quality of my hair and this was the real call for action. I was contacted by the PR agency of Phyto hair, a french hair brand and they were kind enough to send me some products to test out. Thus, today's review will be all about my favourite products from their range.

Review: Sanctuary Spa Products

Lately, my life has been so congested as i'm constantly trying to juggle between work, events and personal stuff. That being said, zoning out at the end of each day and pampering myself with bath/body products has been the ultimate cure to all problems. Many british Youtubers raved about Sanctuary Spa products, so i was always intrigued to try them out but they weren't available in Dubai. Luckily, I was contacted by the PR company handling this brand - they sent me a couple of products to test myself and today's post will be all about my experience with this brand.
